Trial of the Sekhemas bug (can't interract with Relic Altar)

I have a bug.
I have Balbala's Barya in my inventory, but i can't interract with Relic Altar to start the trial.
When i clic on Relic Altar, there is nothing to do.
So it's impossible to start the trial by myself.

I can only do it if i join a group and my mate starts the trial but not in solo ...

Please fix your game.

I had this bug too, Logging out and back in worked for me.

Nothing worked for me.
I don't know if it's important but when i start the ascension quest, killed the boss and drop the balbala's barya, i was in a group with a friend.

I don't know if i can restart the quest from beginning or if i can go back to the mine and kill the boss to have a second barya ...
