Cannot upgrade gem that you don't have the required attribute (even with gemling ascendy att req)

Unless im missing something atleast on xbox you cannot upgrade a skill you don't have the direct requirement even if the gemlings ascendency is supposed to ignore that.

This cause issue because while you can craft a gem you don't have the requirement to upgrading it is not possible and it's an issue because increased sockets space is tied to the gem itself so you can't carry over the extra sockets to the new skill you've made.

This is in need of an urgent fix because it kinda kill the whole point of the ascendency node which is to consider attribute req for gems to be based on your highest attribute.

I mean sure you can still technicaly equip it but you'd require someone else to upgrade the gem for you so you can then equip it.

(Edit: Also i am unable to see how to inspect quality on a gem that come from the ascendency itself and not the gem which also make it hard to figure out how worth it is to pick up the ascendency)
