Hello, after playing the game on my pc, i wanted to buy it also for my ps5 to chill with it in bed.
I bought a skin with some of the points i got off the early access on my ps5, i cannot use the skin on my ps5 as it says not working in this version of the game.
When i try to use it on my PC it says i bought it on PS5 and now i cannot use it on PC either, i can however use skins from my PC on ps5, im kinda confused..
Can i please get some help in regards to this?

Unfortunately, any purchases made on PlayStation platforms cannot be used on other platforms, and purchases made on other platforms cannot be used on PlayStation platforms. Note that these purchases can still be on the same sub-account, but the microtransactions will be marked as unavailable when viewing them in your stash.
Yes, but not all microtransactions are available to use yet. Many recent MTXs and all stash tabs will be initially available, but due to a massive amount of microtransactions in Path of Exile 1, we’re still in the process of adding them all to Path of Exile 2, so many of them will be marked as ‘unavailable’ in your cosmetics tab. During Early Access we will be working through the backlog and making them all available.
They will work on PS5 eventually, but anything you bought on PS5 will never be usable on PC

This goes against everything they said in their live interviews. Johnathan said in multiple interviews that all Playstation bought cosmetics will be usuable in the PC version on poe2. They just won't be usable in poe1. Nowhere in any interview have they ever said otherwise. That quote you posted is from poe1, not poe2.

I'm pretty sure you're misremembering. The only thing able to escape Sony's pit of despairwalled garden are your characters themselves. And if I'm understanding the complaints and confusion I see about sub-accounts (I'm PC only so just spectating here) even that's not as strait forward as people expected beforehand.
