Please help!!!!!

I linked my two Xbox accounts because want to download a POE2 it didn't recognize my original account so I made a new one which is where I bought the supporter pack under then it said I couldn't chat in game because my account wasn't verified came out of the website tried to verify my account but the email was already used by my original POE account again both were on Xbox series x no other platforms and I merged them and now I lost my character status the coins for my supporter pack and all game progress for POE2
