Merged account issues

I merged my two accounts I had and my support pack is on one account and my twitch drops are on another account. So I have an account that has my $100 The King of the Faridun Supporter Pack and the other account has my twitch drops and they drop you had to spend money to gift subs. I’ve emailed support hasn’t received any response yet. I know you all are busy and I love supporting you all and that’s the reason I bought the support pack. I read it’s going to be some updates to accounts maybe soon but I know my account still has this issue. I just really want to get my support pack and my twitch drops on the account I’m using right now to play. I’m just a little upset because I spent money and now I think I messed up my support pack/Twitch drops and account. Please help.

I have the same issue with twitch drops i have two accounts but the twitch linked to the wrong account now i changed my twitch link and i dont have any drops. It is on the wrong account.

I need to make a new twitch account and rewatch stream for claim new drops or can GGG fix this issue?

Hopefully they can fix the issue, I can only imagine how much emails and etc they are already going through.
