Constant Lags on Movement or Any Action

Hello, I'm having very bad perfomance on PS5, it is constant micro-lags and delays in movements and actions. I've tried different gateways, tried enable/disable crossplay and different graphics settings.

Could you please help me out? Is it known issues with optimization or what?

try the change the gateway to the nearest server where you from.

it is standard on Auto.

then it should be working better. it was working for me
