Help and Information - No answer from GGG support for 9 days - Forum

Hello, previously, I've created the thread to address the issue I have with stash tabs. It was recommended to write to support team, I did that the same day, but still no answer. Yep, Im in a similar situation, been waiting for almost a week now. Hopefully they give us at least an ETA or something along those lines. They are busy, its a new release, and there is probably a ton of support tickets they have to go through. I just wish we had some info about the expected wait time. Got some bad news fellas: Spoiler " Unfortunately, any purchases made on PlayStation platforms cannot be used on other platforms, and purchases made on other platforms cannot be used on PlayStation platforms. Note that these purchases can still be on the same sub-account, but the microtransactions will be marked as unavailable when viewing them in your stash. As for merging multiple accounts from a platform it appears that's only for PC (Steam, Epic and Standalone) and is a one off.
