What happend to the alternate skill bar?

In POE1 when you change weapon sets you get an entirely different skill bar you can put skills on. Like setting Left/Right click to activate bound skills for Axe, and then when you change weapons with the change weapon key, have a different set of bound actions for e.g. a bow.

But in POE2 we only have 1 bar for both weapons. we have 10 skills in our gem skill menu, but can only actually use 5 of them (plus left and right button). Where do I put my other active skills for my other weapon? (Im NOT going to ctrl click in the middle of battle, thats for auras)

To swap between Auras (Lava shield / herald of ash) I have to do it manually in the gem skill menu.

In Poe 2 you can use both weapons intermittently. You can mix both weapons skills back to back.

Yes I do realize that, I have the game, but without another alternate skill menu that automatically switches with weapons, at least 3 skills in your skills menu are unusable.
