Looking for a non-cult mature PoE1&2 guild

Looking for a mature guild that is not a cult, which praises the game despite everything, but actually criticizes it as well when things aren't great. Compliments for what's good, dislikes what's bad. Supports devs with supported packs and feedback, not just false positivity, expects game improvements, not just stagnation. Tired of extreme fanboying or extreme hating, where is good old in-moderation thinking..
