Minion Instability + Minion Damage on PoE 2

Does anybody know if, on PoE 2 (like in PoE 1), increased/more Minion Damage boosts the damage of the Minion Instability explosions? I'm assuming they do, but it's difficult without proper calculations.

Also, do the explosions scale off the player's % increased fire damage?

Bump bump- I'm also looking for information on this. Also, does minion crit chance and/or minion crit damage affect the explosion crit damage? Can the explosion even crit?

Any clarity on this would be greatly appreciated
