E-Mails to support not going through

Hello, i've been trying to contact support to request an E-Mail adress change for my account but i've gotten a few mails from the delivery subsystem that GGG support cant recive the emails due to full inbox basically.

Is this gonna be solved soon or should i just forget it an try in a few weeks? Poe2 launch and all going on.

On side note, i have no idea why Poe2 said i logged in from a new location. I logged from the same pc i've been playing poe1 the last few years and last login was on 3/12. I didnt change IP in those 3 day as far as i know. Only Poe2 had this.
