Uncut Spirit Gem

Is there any other way to get the spririt gems than through the quests? So that means when you are changing the build you have to start all over again? or am I wrong?

Same question here....can the uncut spirit gems drop as a world drop too or are they bound to their specific quests as a reward only.

They can drop. I have more than I need in my stash right now because I've dropped some without the spirit to actually use them. Keep playing and you'll find more.
