Spirit not applied and resistances bug

Hello GGG 🙂

I've noticed two bugs so far.
Spirit from my Gear doesn't apply and also
I got a minus 20 percent resistances from act 3 to cruel act 1 which seems weird since it was only a minus 10 percent from the 2 previous acts.
