chat not connecting in poe 1 OR 2 since i connected email to xbox account.

please help me. im begging you. i cannot trade or talk to anyone in either game. you took the trade house away so now my paid for tabs are worthless. ive been asking for help for days and no one will even say theres an issue. i am a paying customer. please help me i shouldnt have to literally beg for help.
