Act1: Crossbow/Quarterstaff Ranger

I finally made it through the Act 1 boss, staggering palm saved the day.

Normal Fights: Permafrost rounds and Killing Palm(generate power charge).
Tough Fights: release a massive Falling Thunder(uses power charges)
Bosses: Vaulting Impact and wind Blast to build up stun when they are distracted then back away with High Velocity rounds. Jump in with Staggering Palm when they are trying to unleash their big attacks. Enfeeble just because i had the slot.

Passives: went straight for the extra power charge because with 4 Falling Thunder clears the screen :D, now working my way to the quarterstaff node on the far right.

very mobile Lots of fun, but it's hard to culling strike when in a group.

Just want to say i started using this since i had a unique crossbow drop on my ranger, and this is a lot of fun !
