Opening cinematic not available in-game?

I don't see the opening cinematic (the 5-minute one on YouTube) anywhere in the game, which seems odd. It should definitely be available to watch, and should probably play automatically the first time you run the game after installing.

I thought I must have accidentally skipped it. It is weird not to have it, especially when you know it exists.

Edit - it's actually there in the game folder, so that makes it even more odd.

from what I have read it is only steam that's having the issue id like to see a fix so i can enjoy the game in full. If we are missing the opening one how many more are missing from the game if any?

It's not just Steam, the PC standalone client doesn't get the opening cinematic either.

I don't even have a folder for it. I've read that it's located at "\Path of Exile 2\Art\Videos\cinematic_video.bk2", but I don't have an Art or Videos folder in my PoE 2 install. Just a logs, Redist, and Streamline folder.
