same here just selected it no change to minion spirit use

same here. mine did not change at all :(

It does work. first you have to click - to all your minions. then click + to all your minions again and it should apply the 12% reduction. It is bugged in that when you click on the passive, at first it doesn't change your spirit used. But by deleting and reapplying all my minions, I was able to get an extra minion from before activating the passive
