5 Days- Crash after intro Cinematic-Unplayable help

Help me GGG, you’re my only hope!
I’m unable to get past the intro to even load the game. Have not seen character creation basically. Every time it goes to loading (the gears) for 5-8 secs, then crashes to
home screen on Xbox.
-Details- Xbox Series S, 70% free space, reset before initial install, tv is SamsungCrystal, located in Texas.
-I’ve tried these;
Reinstalled alotx, cleared cache, checked for updates, checked internet speed and did hard reset, recalibrated, turned off gaming mode (tv), tried an external hard drive, tested other game with no issues

Consulted Xbox support x2- reset, reinstalled, etc… all w/o external hd
Contacted ISP- did routine diagnostic, opened ports, fixed upnp, rebooted router and Xbox multiple times, with multiple reinstalls.

Does not seem to be anything obvious on my side. PoE1 plays fine

Any help is appreciated, really looking forward to enjoying your game. Also submitted to technical and have emailed support. (But it was undeliverable.

I was hoping this update would help, but I still can’t get in game.

Day 4.
Support’s E-mail is backlogged, no chance of getting through that way anytime soon :(

Day 5, just been playing POE1 with no problems.
