POE2 - The Pinnacle of Flame

Unable to complete quest, the Pinnacle of Flame, and collect 2 atlas points after completing 10/10 Tier 5 maps. Quest state active, no points or book available to collect from Doryani in epilogue or hideout.

I have the quest The Pinnacle of Flame at the same time i have (2/10) maps completed for tier 5

Found out whats causing the issue. You have to reveal the "Burning Monolith" near the atlas starting point. It should be a large red tower. It's the endgame pinnacle boss. Once you reveal the area, you can talk to doryani and go there to unlock the next quest objectives.

You have to explore area around the Monolith and then click on it. Not the red skull icon. If you hover slightly under it, you will get a pop-up "The Burning Monolith", click and you can traverse to the area.

Found a solution to enter the monolith. Once you have one card next to the monolith you will see a skull symbol underneath the monolith. I clicked it and nothing happened. Then I clicked a little bit underneath the skull or next to it and at some point a tool tip was shown. I then clicked again and showed the option to enter it.
