Lost poe2 points.

Hi,
I downloaded poe1 to learn basics of game. Then I bought poe2 bundle with 300 points, but those points came to my poe1 shop and I bought some skins with those. I didn't know those are for poe2. I gave all my money to play poe2 and now i dont have any money to buy extra points. Please refund those skins i bought in poe1 and give me back my points.
