still cannot use chat... why am i locked out of so much of the game?

please let me use chat. i am begging you. i am on my knees groveling. why does my chat not work? why am i not allowed to trade? please for once dont ignor eme. i have an issue and its GAME BREAKING. you are forcing me into ssf. all my premium tabs are wasted and dont function wtihout chat. PLEASE HELP ME IM BEGGING YOU.
