Act II 'title splash' can appear right in the middle of the screen obscuring character.

unsure if this is a PS5 only issue but ... in certain locations the Act introduction panel appears in the absolute worst place, directly over and obscuring the character for a really really long time.

To replicate:

1. Waypoint to the Vastiri Outpost (Act 2)
2. Leave to character selection screen, then log back in.

The Act II splash should appear directly over the character making it impossible to see what's happening and it stays here for what feels like a million years.

note: This is not related to loading into the game while standing on a waypoint. It happens no matter where I am in the Outskirts zone making it impossible to play if you happen to be logging into the game while in the overworld.
