Encountered same problem yesterday.

Same here, did it just now. Remaining Monsters exactly 0, fully explored every nook and cranny.

Also getting this bug, full cleared twice but no core

 1 monster remaining, fully cleared the whole zone and ran it 3 times in a grid motion. Probably bugged last monster preventing the quest to drop the item. | |

I have also gotten this bug. Complete full clear no drop or completion.
