Permanently stuck in act 3 because bugged Viper Napuatzi fight

She got stuck in the wall and takes no damage/deals no damage, so there is no way for me to get out of the fight. I can't town portal out, can't kill myself, logging out or even restarting the game puts me back in the same instance with the boss still stuck.

Who thought it was a good idea to not be able to log out or town portal during boss fights?

So I guess my character is bricked now? Or is there any way out of this

You can always restart from last checkpoint in esc menu
