Appearing offline on poetrade2

Hi there,

Been having the same issue since the launch. I'm appearing offline although I am online, thus cannot sell a single item?
Any known bugs or anything I can do?

I tried changing from "Show my status" to offline here and then back to "Show my status" but nothing seems to be working.
