HELP Lost character merging accounts.

i bought the game on pc and started playing yesterday and then bought it again on ps5 to play mu character today. i linked my ps5 and my steam account with my existing Poe account and now i cant access my character i started. very frusterating as i dont get a ton of time to play the game. please help me!!!!
