Game crashes every time i try to log in. (xbox)

I died in the Jungle Ruins and the game crashed and kick me back to the dashboard. Now every time I try to log in it dose the same thing but just for my warrior i was able to make another character.

Update: the new character i made is unable to leave Clearfell for some season.
