Account banned in the game

Hello administrator, I am an Asian Taiwanese player,
Occurs at time GMT+8 03:05,
In the Act 3, on the way to start the two generators,
After defeating the monster,drop a legendary,
Then suddenly my account was banned,
Why? Is bug? I don't use bot

24 hours have passed, not yet.

I think this is obviously some kind of error in the system's judgment,
But there are not a lot of events happening.

At least I can't think of any reason,
why my account was banned on the second day of the game. :(

Has the same issue + saw a lot of points in support with the same problem( unfortunately there are no resolve this(

Unfortunately, 25 hours after gmail sent it to support@grindinggear.com, it received the following gmail system prompt:

Delivery incomplete
There was a temporary problem delivering your message to support@grindinggear.com. Gmail will retry for 46 more hours. You'll be notified if the delivery fails permanently.


Here are the reasons (gmail):

A contact is getting too much mail
If someone you’re sending mail to is getting too many emails too fast, you might see this message:

"The user you are trying to contact is receiving mail at a rate that prevents additional messages from being delivered."

You’ll need to contact the person another way.

Maybe it can help us report it to relevant units :)?
I got the same problem.. I played till Saturday night, went to bed and in the morning on Sunday it suddenly says I'm banned by administrator. Ban reason is empty and no response on my mail to support an Ban appeal..

This is so frustrating!
