Paid Stash Tabs not showing, and Support Pack Upgrade issue?

Hello,

I submitted an email but my paid Stash Tabs from PoE1 and the cosmetics are not syncing with my account, but my gold coins are there. I have linked my email and steam successfully.

I bought a supporter pack (30$) for early access via the site some weeks ago, but because the site was down for so long, I bought another 30$ package from Steam to get access. Can these be combined so I get the 60$ supporter benefits? I don't mind having bought it twice to support GGG, just wondering if I could get those perk upgrades as well?

I have the relevant order numbers as well if needed.
