300 points not showing up in Playstation?

Hi, I bought the $30 EA pack from PSN but my 300 points still haven't shown up? I tried going to Microtransaction store but it didn't load properly it seems. I logged into PC as well to check and I see the characters that were created on PS5 on steam so I see cross progression seems to work.

I've heard the points can only be accessed on a PSN only account? I don't even know how I would log into a PS5 account.

You can attempt to re-sync your account by visiting the Microtransaction store in-game on the PS5 and choosing the Buy Points option on the left-hand side. This should cause your account to update/sync and you ought to see your 300 mtx points appear.

You can then back out of the buying of more points.

POE purchases on Playstation seem to have had this issue for years. No idea why GGG wouldn't try and fix it since it seems to cause so many problems with people being made to feel like they've been ripped off.

Thanks! I was able to load the MTX page this time and clicking buy points worked! I see my points now.
