Please help! I'm locked out of my account and not receiving verification emails
I've been trying to change the email on my main account to my current email address for several weeks, but I am not receiving the verification emails. I did contact support about this and initially I received a quick response asking me for my account details. After supplying them a week ago I have not heard back and I still can't switch my email. The fact I am not receiving any emails is preventing me from playing the game because I am not able to respond to any verification emails, so I cannot link my Steam account.
When I tried to use the stand-alone client it tells me I am locked out because I attempted to log in from another account. The game instructs me to unlock the account by referring to the unlock email they sent me...however I am not receiving these emails at either of my email addresses, so I am not sure where these are being sent to.
