Made Guild on PS5. My PC friend donated points. I can't access guild site.

I cannot get the guild management site to open on console, phone, or PC. I have gone to my profile and I guess cause I'm on PS5 my guild doesn't show up and it says I don't even have PoE2 access?

Does anyone know how to fix this? My friend's points are currently in limbo.

Why do we have to go out of the game to manage this in the first place?

I still cannot access the site, my friend is still out coins, and our guild still hasn’t received the points
