Character Soft Lock

Hello Community and GGG Team.

I have unfortunate issue. I was invited to party and used teleport to person who were in Act 3 main city.

My character is already lvl 74 and i am far in maps.

I think issue happened because main city in ACT 3 changes after you complete story. My character is locked in endless loading with Error " Unexpected disconnection from server "

I tried to troubleshoot ( reload game, restart pc, change server ,reinstall game ) - didn't help.

Is there a way to change my character loading zone?
