Connection Issue / access key

I’ve only played for two hours today no graphics upscaling and cross play on off. Left for a couple hours and came back to only be able to play for a minute the booted out. I’ve changed the graphics on multiple settings, allowed crossplay, reinstalled twice, restarted the console, reset internet, running on a LAN connection, tried all gateways. Restored License and nothing worked. It self pauses and I get disconnected after a minute or less. Then I come to the site and log in with my ps account and it shows no character, no points and no access to the beta. Please help
