Support don't recieve messages ????

Wrote message 24h ago about unlinking steam account. After 24h i'm getting message from google:
Delivery incomplete There was a temporary problem delivering your message to support@grindinggear.com. Gmail will retry for 47 more hours. You'll be notified if the delivery fails permanently. Is it a joke? God, year before you could relink steam by 1 click. Nothing imo changed a lot, how long should i wait for execution of 1 sql query? I just wanna play. You have a lot of work now, i understand, but can i at least get information, if my message was delivered or not? Also would be great to have at least estimated time of responce. So, i can't play the game, on forum all the answers are about contacting support, support DIDN'T EVEN GET MESSAGES. What do i do now? Keep spamming to support? Hopelessly wait? Give up? The reason support@grindinggear isn't receiving emails is because they aren't servicing the current ones fast enough.
