PoE Trade2 Shows Many as Offline

Not sure if this is the ideal place to report this. But I noticed at some point last night a ton of trade2 listing counts dropped significantly. Upon inspection, it seems a certain amount of players are now showing as "offline" according to trade2, so this is no longer showing their listings in default searches, as well as disabling easy contact with the listing owner.

Is this a known issue or is there any announcement present of eta on fix?
