GGG Support email broken?

I tried linking my steam and POE accounts on the 4th of December, got a weird message about my POE account being locked. That seemed odd since I was actively logged into POE1.
Sent an email to support same day. Does GGG not have an automated reply with a ticket number or anything? I don't want to spam their email if they are indeed receiving them. I just want to link my POE to steam so I don't lose the $200 in mtx/tabs I bought over the years :(. Last bumped on Dec 8, 2024, 1:20:12 PM

I'm keep getting the technical emails from google when I'm trying to send the email to support
This kind: "Delivery incomplete There was a temporary problem delivering your message to support@grindinggear.com. Gmail will retry for 47 more hours. You'll be notified if the delivery fails permanently." |

They don't have a ticket system that we can see, you just to email them and hope they get it and respond and there is no way to tell if your support email is still in the queue, if they marked it as cleared/closed or if they just deleted it
