No access to POE 2

Hello,
I purchased early access through the pathofexile.com, received the key, entered it in my steam client which is linked to poe account, but when I'm trying to log in the game it says "Your account does not have access to Path of Exile 2..." Steam account is linked. I was launching the game from steam and from standalone client. The problem is same. No answeres from support. Total ignore. Last bumped on Jan 9, 2025, 6:10:32 PM

I tried linking my account to steam and got the "can't make changes to a locked account" message, this was on 4DEC2024.
Same thing on my end, no reply from support. The hopeful part of me wants to believe that they are just SLAMMED with messages, while the other part thinks their support email is just broken. Hope we can get this figured out! |

I was able to resolve this by installing game client from PoE2 website and running it that way.
When logging in to server you need to use PoE account login credentials. update, was able to make it play from steam using this method -go to manage account in PoE - Half way down under secondary login hit Connect with steam and link your existing steam account - follow directions on screen I then uninstalled PoE2 game client via win control panel Went back to steam and isntalled PoE2 from game librrary again and was able to log in to the game via steam and its playable now Last edited by crulty#1807 on Dec 14, 2024, 11:45:56 AM
