Can’t enter hideout PS5

Purchased the $100 EA pack on ps5 now in act 2 and my screen just freezes whenever I click on “Travel to hideout” if I touch the touch pad on my controller it u freezes but it will not allow me to use or even travel to my hideout at all. What gives ?
