Character bugged ascendancy

Hi, I was doing my 2nd ascendancy trail and died but the boss also died due to DoT dmg ''completing'' the trail but not getting the reward, the trail master also doesnt give back my token and the boss that drops it doesn't drop it anymore essentially bugging my out of by ascendancy.
I already send an email but knowing the release i will take a while to respond and I wanna know if my character isn't bricked before I put more hours into it
