Poe2 (Lord of Ogham Supporter Pack) - Issue

I have purchased the Supporter Pack, but after combining my accounts the add-ons were no longer there for me. I have spoke with Xbox support and nothing they can do on their end. Has there been a similar issues with what I am experiencing? Please let me know, Thank you!

P.S. I even sent out an email via the support page of it. Hopefully, I hear back soon about it.
