Colossal Capacity Bugged?

Hello my fellow Exiles,

Does anybody know why I can't respec the Colossal capacity? The hooded one doesn't let me refund it eventho I got 31k gold. Is there something I'm missing or is it bugged?

Just a guess, but maybe you should fully clear the inventory first?

Clear the bag and then logout and log back in to respec
