Using a transmutation orb

Half the time I have to dashboard out to the system cause the game will not recognize operation. Half the time I tried to log into a instance I have to do the same thing I'm constantly having to crash the game and restart it in order to execute commands like teleporting entering levels transmuting or upgrading.
