Pre Purchased Microtransactions

I'm not sure if this is a bug, but I thought I would post incase it is...........I have weapon effects from POE (not weapon skins, weapon effects) that when I look at them in Cosmetics on POE2 says they are not compatible, although they are for any weapon.
