POE2 Infested Barrens Act 3 doesn’t load in

Hi,

I’m currently soft blocked from playing POE2. I have infinite loading screens, I have deleted and reinstalled the game and it still attempts to load my character into Infested Barrens but does not load, I don’t know how to reset it to get me to load into somewhere else. I’ve tried joining parties but I can’t get loaded in to them. I’m stuck and can’t get in.

Any advice/fixes would be appreciated, thank you!

hello guys, i was just having the same problem
i dropped my stone key onto the floor. talked to alva. picked it up again and then it let me put it into the alter

Just go to Chimeral Wetlands, then the entrance to the Infested Barrens should be nearby.

Same for the last 3 days i can't play since it's impossible to go in this map without having a game crash after few secondes and impossible to reconnect before the map restart if someone found a solutions please write it here
