Can't salvage flask with 11% quality

I found a white flask with 11% quality, but the salvage bench does not allow me to salvage it. Error: Item must have quality or sockets.


Both in Act 1 and 2.
I tried to make it magic, does not help.
Restarting the client also did nothing.

Small update:
I got another superior flask, can't salvage that one either.

Also tried with another char, same error.

Both flasks are sitting in ny stash currently.
