Weapon set skill points questions POE2

Are the weapon set skill points included in the max 122 levels?

Also if we only want to use one weapon is there a way of transferring set 2 points to set 1?

I don't really like this system tbh.

Sorry I'm late. I guess you probably found your answer but yes, I think it's 122 including the set points. I have 24 set points then the potential 98 from leveling should make it to 122.

As far as using the same points for both sets : Yes, it is like that by default. You don't have to use these points to create a second passive set.
