Can not upgrade supporter pack....

Hey,
I bought the 100 euros supporter pack and i wish to upgrade it to higher tier but the ingame store only shows me the 2 supporter pack that i already own ( Lord of Ogham & King Of The Faridun).
How do I upgrade to a higher tier ?
There is no upgrade option neither from the ingame store nor the game hub on PS5.
