Unable to return quest key to Una when playing couch coop

At the quest The Mysterious Shade where to return the Count Lachlam's ring to Una. The boss was killed and already acquired the ring but Una at Clearfell Encampment does not have a marker to receive the quest complete.

I have tried to discard the quest item, restart the game, tried to find a way to kill the boss again but no luck, cannot encounter the boss again, Una just won't do anything. I can no longer proceed the game to next area.

This triggered when playing couch coop with my partner, my character is higher level and already killed the boss earlier.

Please fix this urgently because it stops players from progressing the game

I'm having the same problem. I was playing co-op with my son my char is a little more advanced with the history and he can't give the ring to her.

The game bypassed the runes acquisition step on that mission now we don't know what to do.
