Twitch drops

Hello.

Sorry, had no idea where i should post this. I have an issue with the POE2 twitch drops. I have 2 POE accounts, and the one i got my twitch drops was the wrong one. Switched twitch POE connection to the right account but it still says that i already have the drop. Did i lose the drops forever since i got it on the wrong account once?

Same here. Bought POE2 on Steam, and I had never downloaded POE1 before. I was prompted to make an account on pathofexile.com. I did this and saw my points in there as well as my founder's edition. I linked my twitch account first, and then noticed it said my account wasn't eligible for early access? (even though I have founder's edition stuff unlocked on said account.)

I noticed oh my Steam account isn't linked, so I did and it auto-created a separate account and linked them two together. And now all my twitch drops + my twitch sub pet go to a second account with no characters and my founder's edition and points are on my original. How does this even work? I contacted support several days ago with no help.
